Notts County FC Football in the Community have partnered with local wellbeing consultancy Wise Self to organise a FREE mindfulness seminar designed to help local businesses consider the impact of mental fitness in the work place and the impact this can have upon productivity.

It gives me great pleasure to introduce Football in the Community’s August newsletter on behalf of the Notts County Ladies team. It’s been another busy month and a successful one with FITC picking up a national award for their hard work.

After being nominated by Notts County Football Club as this year’s beneficiary for May’s Sellebrity Soccer event, the clubs Head of Commercial & Events Richard Cokayne presented a cheque for £1,500 to FITC’s Events and Partnerships Executive Neil Kelly.

Taking place on Wednesday 6 July at 6pm, Castle Rock will be offering FITC supporters the chance to sample a range (minimum of 5 beers) of their locally brewed beers in the private function room upstairs at The Embankment pub on Arkwright Street, Nottingham.
