FITC fundraiser and trustee Dr David Hindley completed the full marathon last year and highly recommends the Robin Hood Half Marathon challenge; “Last year was the third time that I have taken part in the full Robin Hood Marathon to help raise money and awareness for Notts County Football in the Community” explained David. “I guess for some that would be legitimate grounds to question my sanity, but as a long-serving Trustee for FITC and keen runner, it doesn’t take much persuasion to lace up my trainers for a fantastic cause and one that I care passionately about. The support and encouragement from the FITC team is second-to-none, whilst nothing beats pounding the streets of my home city when there are so many supporters lining the course to cheer you on.”
To take advantage of the advanced FREE spaces offered by Football in the Community, contact our Partnership and Events Executive James Bromley: 0115 955 7215 or email email@example.com. Thank you for supporting our award winning work and we look forward to hearing from you.
