NCS Team Leaders
Notts County Football in the Community are seeking highly motivated, energetic individuals, to lead teams of sixteen and seventeen year olds through our four-week summer NCS programme. We are looking for passionate individuals with experience of working with groups of young people.

The Team Leader is there to be a positive role model, to coach and motivate a team of up to 15 diverse young people. Your role will require you to support, stretch and maximise the learning for all the participants throughout the NCS Programme.
Team Leaders will also support and lead the other staff allocated to their team (Team Mentors, Volunteers and support staff) to ensure the successful delivery of the NCS programme.
We are looking for Team Leaders with a flexible approach, who can also commit to working with their team of 14 young people for the entire length of the four week programme.
Team Leaders will be expected to attend a compulsory 3-day training programme that will be held on a weekend, they will also be required to attend at least one keep warm activity and one pre-departure meeting. At the end of the programme team leaders will be expected to attend the graduation ceremony held at Meadow Lane Stadium.
Programme start dates:
Wave 1 – 26th June 2017
Wave 2 – 3rd July 2017
Wave 3 – 10th July 2017
Wave 4 – 17th July 2017
Wave 5 – 24th July 2017
Wave 6 – 31st July 2017
