Extra Time is aimed at over-55 year old men. It is a weekly social event involving physical activities, giving participants the opportunity to play a range of sports, helping participants improve their fitness, strength and balance as well as reducing social isolation .

On the Ball is a football-based programme for young men with mental health problems.  We have engaged over 250 young men over the last five years and retain a hardcore of 40 participants who continue to attend our weekly football sessions.

Goals for Life is a football-based, mental health project aimed at 10 to 14 year old boys – funded by Children in Need and Sport England.

Working Age Dementia is a project for working age men (40 to 65 years old), to engage them in activity to stave off the early onset of dementia and to keep them active and engaged.

Bulwell Football is aimed at teenage boys between the ages of 10 to 18 from the Bulwell area to engage them in evening football activity. Volunteers between the ages of 18 to 24 can come along to help set up, assist the coaches and referee.

Meadows Football is football-based and will be delivered at two venues in the Meadows aged 11 to 19, who are at risk of crime and anti-social behaviour, from the Meadows who we motivate and direct positively.

On Side is delivered in 3 location within the County. Football sessions will be delivered twice a week in each area for 1½ hours each, from July till March 2014.  There will also be the opportunity to take part in dance workshops.

Kicks is a projects developed by the Premier League and delivered by Football in the Community at 5 different local areas across Nottingham. It provides FREE football sessions to teenagers on a weekly basis during term-time.
